On Saturday 10 September 2011, a Ryanair flight from Charleroi to Finland had to make an emergency landing in Sweden (= if we accept that shutting down one engine on a B737-800 is an emergency).

Jetairfly's JAF7482, incoming flight from Aqaba and Taba, was expected in BRU for 18h20 Sunday evening.

Flight is delayed till Monday morning 08h10, says Brussels Airport flight info.

SN3766, the incoming flight from Palma de Mallorca, has been diverted to LGG.

(ETA in BRU was 23h50).

There were thunderstorms above ANR around that time. Also at/near BRU?

SN2811 from BRU to Prague, ETD 15h10, has left BRU al 15h13 and apparently landed back in BRU at 15h55.

The flight is now announced as cancelled, and the return flight SN2812 PRG-BRU is now also cancelled.

In fact, I always said that the ideal fleet for the current SN is a mix of 15 A32S and up to 35 Q400's. Well, there is good news then : the Q400's are on sale this month: buy 40, get 50 .
