...if you're not getting your refund, just open a claim with your credit card company. It will not be denied and most credit cards offer fraud protection as well. A voucher does not equate to a refund and is hence rejected by credit card companies. Charging back to the same credit card is the only accepted refund method upon opening a claim with your credit card company.
