Most likely it will remain Brussels Airlines for some years but after that nobody can tell unfortunately...

However it do not think the SABENA brand will be re-introduced, how unfortunate it is...

The brand name is stronger than the original signification. But the brand name is tainted with "failed airline", "poor service". Sabena might have been great back in the 1980's guys, but we've moved on. Belgium should look the future and seek to build a new, successful brand. Although I realise the...

Confirmed numbers by the emergency services in Madrid:

146 death
26 injured
3 missing

Total on board: 175 persons of wich 166 passengers and 9 crewmembers.

Belgian television "VTM" has the crash in his headlines. At least 100 deads, probably even 150 found death in the crash.

Belgian newspaper "Het Laatste Nieuws" also states that 150 people could have found death in the crash (based on reports from the emergency services).

El Mundo is now stating the number of deaths can rise above 100 in their latest update concerning the accident. The remains of the helicopter are still stored at the airforce base of Melsbroek, Belgium. The Belgian authorities have investigated the crash and have notified the FAA and the NTSB.
