Not just Europe but all routes, Business Class name changed to Executive Economy cheaper fares but same product including trolley based buffet service style meals. I thought it was created sometime in the 1990s after USSR broke, but you are right its existed since the 1920s.

Tajik Air has suspended ops as mentioned in a post on another thread by someone, not sure if permanent, FR24 shows fleet inactive, carrier had served Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, India, China and Iran.

In EU they had served UK and Germany in 1990s and 2000s.
