How many As and Bs?

Are there any numbers, how many aircraft on the world fleet today are form Boeing or Airbus?

Is it like 60% 80%?

Only counting airline fleets, not military, GA, etc...

I could not find a reliable source in this matter, perhaps someone here could help?

What I do not get: Why flying for hours to get rid of the fuel? The Aardvark can dump fuel and does so quite frequently at several airshows because the nozzle is located between the afterburners and the dumped fuel could be ignited, which looks truly spectacular.
