What happens to the passengers whose flights have been cancelled and who were not able to get another flight.
Do they get a reimbursement? Or is it just, bad luck, but we'll take your money anyway?

All aircraft, including the AWACS performed an overhead break on 25R before landing at Melsbroek.

You should visit rut-her's(from above) website here http://www.rutgerbeyen.be/pages/gids.php it has a guide for spotting at ebbr.
We got northerly winds today, so I would think 02 is active. Unless the wind is not strong enough, then it will probably be 25L and 25R ;)
