What happens to the passengers whose flights have been cancelled and who were not able to get another flight.
Do they get a reimbursement? Or is it just, bad luck, but we'll take your money anyway?

They need to be escorted by an offical (MP) if not, they are just part of normal traffic.

We got northerly winds today, so I would think 02 is active. Unless the wind is not strong enough, then it will probably be 25L and 25R
