A partnership is necessary!remember Citybird, they did point to point, was not viable..But there are options, like Jetblue for example.. paul CTB also had contracts with touroperators besides their own flights And we offered connections on Sabena and Virgin Express... Unfortunately probably to late...

My two cents:

The more efficient the planes become, the cheaper tickets become, the more people fly, the more fuel is burnt, the more emissions.
So more efficient planes cause more emissions.

Such as...; - Melbourne = faster immigration/less queues than SFB - Transport is most of the time included with TUI for packages, if any time is lost in commutin...
