Hello Omag, Sure! That is the payware Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X. A few downsides like no FMC.. but wow... the visuals are amazing... You have even got a lady who drinks her whine, types on her laptop and fastens her seat belt prior to landing... Without forgetting an animated technician on the gro...

For the part where pilots use airbrakes on short final i just don't believe it, it would be a great risc to stall the aircraft or loose control. It was during the flare, and if the pilot hadn't taken such a great risk I wouldn't be talking of it today. What he did was extremely dangerous... ...

Thanks for your clear reply Bilboone, Yes, you replied to my question. So the pilot of my flight could not have used the ground spoilers. The aircraft must have been close enough to stall speed to stall as soon as the air spoilers were deployed... I imagine that the pilot must have been despe...

Hello, The incident on my flight was a long time ago... I cannot remember very well.. All I can remember is that he deployed either the airbrakes, either the spoilers, and that the aircraft braked so hard that it nearly stalled and fell onto the runway.. Can someone confirm it is possible to fully d...

Could anyone confirm this information? This is quite interesting.. A little :offtopic:, but a few years ago, also on a B767 of an American (not AA, at least I don't think so...) airline, I experienced a very hard landing... The pilot was coming in too fast and too high... Once he finally got 1.5m ov...

Thx for the comments, and once again nice pics! To Ovostar : sorry for the late response, you need to get (if avail) a paintkit of the desired aircraft and paint using an image-editing tool like photoshop. Then depending if you want 32Bit textures or DXT3 ones you either copy them directly into your...

Nice approach hehe 8)

I had exactly the same yesterday, with wind 350°/30knots!

http://www.virtual.planepictures.net/show.cgi?57235

Even worse, the wind was 340/60 on the ground!! Like you said, real hard turning was needed to not just slide off the runway! :D

Hello, I think that I am speaking for everybody saying that that is a beautiful paint Vital  For Jense, indeed I understand. Hello Jense, I completely agree with what Vesalius said. A quality site takes time. And the risk of giving dates it that we cannot predict all the problems that will occur. (But I have to admit that it has taken a lot more time to build the site than we hoped.) There has been a lot of "problems...

Hi, Yes I agree, like lots of people have said it's really hard to become pilot and we don't gain as much as we could in other aviation related jobs... :( But like Moons said : what is better: having a job that you hate and gaining lots of money,or having a job you really love and gaining a reasonabl...
