The planes weren't ferried to CRL during the night (CRL is closed each night); the 4 first flights this morning (between approx. 6:30 and 7:15) were cancelled, and no plane was visible at the apron at 6:45.

I guess the planes arrived at CRL later, as the other flights departed following schedule.

Hello, I could see the SV 747 at LGG yesterday at 11:00 (at the apron, next to the TNT 747 and a CAL 747). Maybe a diversion from BRU due to fog ?

Spotting at Strasbourg (SXB)

Hello, I would like to go to Strasbourg during Christmas holidays. I intend to visit the city but also to do some spotting at SXB.
Do you have any tips / personal experience about spotting there ?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

I usually spot during week-ends. I live very close to CRL, so I sometimes stop a few moments on my way back home after work (usually between 17:30 and 18:00), but in order to spend 2 or 3 hours at the different spots around the runway I have to wait for Saturdays or Sundays :? . About the pics, I so...

Thanks for your comments; I didn't have many time to perform the needed research concerning the untitled ones (quite more difficult to identify than a 737-800 or an A320  ). Thanks to TUB001 for providing the infos. Hope to post some more logs very soon, about CRL or other places...

Hello, Some other places can be used for spotting around CRL : - To go to the eastern end of the runway : starting from the first spot described by Julien, you have to go further on N568 (eastwards); at the first roundabout turn left (following the "Aeropole" indications); after +/- 200 M ...
