I travelled out on Wednesday evening. I arrived at the Airport around 18:00, with only hand luggage, and I was at the gate, on pier B by 18:45. There were queues but they flowed well.. loads of staff on hand to assist and guide you. Of course lots of police, army and security but that was expected. ...

It seems that after the bombing, Brussels Airlines cancelled the arrangement with WDL.
Not sure for how long...

Well some basic investigation on the Brussels Airlines site, shows SN2181 is now cancelled all week. I only booked it last week, after they published their planned schedule for the week. I have already checked in for my flight tomorrow to Brussels, but no communication from them, that the return is ...

According to my ticket SN2181 leaving BRU at 19:30 then returning as SN2182 at 20:45 I see that the flight was scheduled tonight but failed to operate.. I just hope it operates on Wednesday... I am booked on a flight back to Manchester on Wednesday, which is showing as operated by WDL Aviation... any idea of which plane will be operating it ?

I was leaving Brussels on Friday afternoon.. I saw the BA aircraft it appeared to have been pushed back way to way far and I suspect the truck had pushed too hard and it had jack-knifed. Within a few minutes there were many vehicles round it, and eventually the passengers taken off and put on a bus....

What interests me.. is that some parked at Melsbook and others at Abalag.. yet there did not seem to be logic or rule.... any ideas how it was decided who parked where ?

I think it is pointing East.

The helicopters for the flight to the cemetry are all parked up at Melsbrook..EBMB.
There are lots of barriers and police in that area, I would avoid Haachtsestenweeg, and perhaps the E19 to the ring..

Finnair AY818 left Brussels... then turned back over Roosendaal, and is now circling over Aalst at 12,000ft... anyone idea on what is wrong ?
