how can they need more space than before with half the tonnage ? The investment will be made by DHL Global Forwarding and not DHL Express (the courrier company). DGF needs a bigger warehouse as their activities are now scattered over 3 buildings (the result of taking over other companies like Exel ...

Seems like Brussels Airlines Cargo launched a new freighter service to Niamey out of Liège. Weekly flight on fridays. Anyone an idea who is flying for SN? Are more destinations offered out of LGG? Iberia Cargo to start MAD-BRU

As of June 1, Iberia Cargo will start with direct MAD-BRU flights.
Perishables of South-America will be connecting on this flight out of MAD.

TNT will be expanding the network by adding a 3rd B747 on LGG-China flights. TNT has 4 B744F, of which 2 are leased out to Emirates Skycargo. Is one of them returning to the TNT network??

The new Indian cargo carrier Aryan Cargo Services asked slots for Mon/Wed and Fri 11.15h - 12.30 Flights will be BOM/SHJ/BRU with starting date 07.04.10 A/c A310, later it will be an MD11 According to the Brussels Airport Cargo arrivals page , first flight is expected this evening at 20h41. OO-VEX

New Indian freighter airline at BRU

ACE Aryan Cargo Express is planning new freighter flights to BRU with A310-300F equipment. Routing will be Delhi - Sharjah - Brussels. The carrier received their AOC just a few weeks ago. Launch date is not available yet.

is it that much cheaper to run a -400 instead of a -200 ? They have a -200 still parked in LGG I believe Another difference in favor of the -400 series is the increased range compared to the -200. Less fuel/technical stops, which gives them the opportunity to have more non-stop flights into South-A...

According to the Lufthansa Online Timetable, Lufthansa Italia will be downgrading MXP-BRU from 3 to 2 daily flights on weekdays as from May 4.
