attn oo-tuc I do agree with your view on the MP-case. However, be aware that KL/AF does not want that the pax-division of MP wil go into foreign hands cq in the hands of a (potential) competitor. I just understood that in the beginning of this year it was decided that TFL and JAF will not be integrated. Crewplanning for JAF was partly done by the TFL office and employees, but after it was decided not to integrate, this part of crewplanning returned to Belgium. So I am curious what has change...

@LX-LGX I don't know you are in the airline business. But I can tell you that when you subcharter, it cost the airline more money than the turnover on that specific flight. Due to the fact that there is scarce capacity on the market, the subcharte rprices are high. Rates 3000 euro per blockhour is c...

JAFFLYER If you have only one singel LH aircraft in your fleet, the only way to solve your AOG problemes is looking for another aircraft or delaying the flight. @ JAFFLY

Nice to read your arguments.
However, you must agree that only ONE longhaul aircraft in your fleet is asking for problems if you have an AOG.

Still wondering why JETAIRFLY is not working together with ARKEFLY in the Netherlands. They have 3-4 B767. There must be some advantages

My conclusion is that only one single aircraft for ICA flights is asking for problems in case of an AOG. Jetair knows that and they take the risk. How many delays did they already have with this aircraft. Once a month this topic starts again: the delay of the Jetairfly B767!!! MP has indeed a better...
