I saw two Kosmos Air Antonov 12 aircraft flying overhead Maastricht; one which took off from Maastricht Airport and another one heading towards Brussels (in direction of FLO), descending trough approximately 10000ft with flightnumber KSM9631, could be that this one (RA-11025) landed at Brussels.

I think they mean Eindhoven with 'Amsterdam'.
Not only because Eindhoven is sometimes called Amsterdam as well, but Ryanair also has a lot of slots at Eindhoven starting at Sep the 1st. Amsterdam doesn't have any Ryanair slots
