Ostend airport starts building scrapping facilities

Mayor of Ostend Bart Tommelein and Flemmish Minster of public works Ben Weyts started the construction of a new disassembly hall at Ostend Airport. Aerocircular, the new company, expects to scrap about 25 aircraft per year. As far as I know, this is the first dedicated scrapping facility in Belgium....

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal

Found this on Skyliner:
Airbus A330 -342 895 OO-SFC Brussels Airlines ferried 28apr18 FRA-FCO, for paint into Eurowings cs
Will Eurowings have a second a330-300 in their fleet? I thought they were supposed to have only OO-SFB?
Someone with more information?

Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017

Hi,

According to planespotters.net, the first 737MAX for Tui will have OO-MAX as registration.
Has somebody more info about the frame? Is it already in the FAL? What will be the configuration? Whew will it come to Belgium?

Greetings,
Matthias

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal

Does anybody knows what happened to G-ECOK? Looks like he hasn't been flying around for some time. It flew to EXT on 01/08. Is it for paint in normal cs? Also, G-RJXI hasn't been flying around for some time as well. Also for paint? And it also seems that a lot of ERJ-flights just don't fly.

Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017

Hi,
I was looking around on the website of Tuifly and I saw something interesting. Their site states that they have 16 B737-800's in their fleet and the last two of their list are OO-TUP "DESTINY" & OO-TUX "INTUITION". Does anybody has more information about these two frames?
