I guess this SN's Riga connection was mainly for the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2015. So maybe there will be an SN connection to Helsinki in 2020 when Finland has the presidency.

The Finnish Aviation Museum has acquired Finnair's old DC-9-14 from the Kenyan operator East African. The aircraft (5Y-XXA) will be flown to Helsinki on 28-29 November 2015.
