Re: U.S. authorities refuse landing to pan pan medical SU A330

That's the point I was trying to make with my remark, If we can be sure of one thing it is that not that the lack of medical care in the greater New York area was the reason for the diversion to Toronto. I am not saying that the US denied the landing of the Aeroflot plane , but it seems to me that r...

That must be some strange disease then.

Depends on what piece of Air Space ATC is willing to give free for Test Flights.
I am sure ailerons of the A/C will have been tested sufficently. A lot of turning to stay inside that short piece of airspace

Re: Cargo B Tailstrike

I think it's kind of hard to assess the damage by just looking at the picture. The damage you can't see could be heavier then the one you see.
I don't think this will be so easy as desert rat makes it look like.

Re: Another airline in administration: XL Airways UK

Is it the airline ( XL airways )only that has gone into adminstration or the travel group ( XL Leisure) completely?

Re: Aviapartner strike

Today, in our wellness coutries, people simply want to earn very much money and work as less as possible. Exactly, see one of my last posts on this topic: earn a lot and work as less. That's the spirit of today. Sorry but that's not how you run a company. That is exactly how companies are run these...

it's disgusted the unions use passengers in their fight against Management. Because actuallt, if you like it or not, that is terrorism: using people who have nothing to do with a dispute as hostage. We saw it few weeks ago, when 40 firemen have spoiled the holiday from 26.000 passengers because the...

LX-LGX, First of all let me say I don't work for Bru Air, or am a member of a union and thus haven't got a clue wether the strike people are talking about is justified, but I find the remarks you make rather annoying. It is a basic right to go on strike, I agree it can be misused, but I prefer being...

A strut is part of the landing gear. It acts as a shock absorber in your car. It is usually filled with hydraulic fluid under pressure, and sealed of with a seal. probably that's were the leak is. To BRANCOCALIENTE: yes, it is an important part of the A/C. You could seriously damage the landing gear...
