Re: Air Antwerp in 2020

Aberdeen was actually a short-lived, but good selling route.
But then again, maybe air antwerp shouldn’t be doing the same routes that already failed 2-3 times with VLM.
At the other hand, they are backed by KLM, so if they look for good niche markets it will be a success for sure.

Re: Air Antwerp in 2020

In November they had an average load factor of 56%. I’ve heard December was already higher, but no exact figures to confirm this are released yet.

5 hours minus 1 (cf random flight of El Al to BRU). E2 series have more possibilities than E1 series and I'm sure that if they work like AB with CRL and HKG, then can find the middle between fuel and passengers. I'm convinced that the E2 can make this flight. Aircrafts such as the E2 or the A220 ar...

Re: Air Antwerp, a new airline from Antwerp Deurne airport

It is quite pityful to see that the biggest city of Flanders, which is so proud of its harbour, diamond industry, chemical industry, its mayor ... is not able to make even a small airport liveable; and not able to attract or establish and make survive an airline with business connections. The peope...

Re: 2018 Antwerp Airport (ANR/EBAW) latest news

It is now a couple of months that the FLYbe route have been running to SEN. But how is it doing now, loadfactor wise? Better than the LCY routes back then by VLM? Any idea? I flew to SEN and back last week, the loadfactor was not bad in my opinion. 26/12 - ANR/SEN - 45pax 30/12 - SEN/ANR - 55pax

I could understand why they stop the route looking at their load factors for April and May.

Re: VLM Airlines Regional (SHS Antwerp Aviation) news 2018

Numbers to and from UK airports are published by the Civil Aviation Authority and thus public. They're shown as total number of passengers per route (arrivals plus departures) but lucky for us, there's only one operator on the ANR-LCY route and only one aircraft type. So with that in mind: the late...
