Such nice footage, thanks for sharing Flanker2.
This plane looks really awesome and it's nice to read it seems to exceeds expectations even in flight.

Re: MRJ first flight window opened
Hmm always liked the look of the EMB family but after seeing the MRJ's nose and then seeing again an EMB, it looks like a bit of a dwarf and outdated look. Never would have expected to get that sensation. The MRJ looks indeed very very neath

Belgian National Holiday 21st of July, fly-over of Brussels
Hi, next Tuesday, as usual, military jets and helicopters (and propeller engined trainers and transport planes) will again fly over Brussels.
Anyone already has a list of those that will join the "aerial parade"? And timings??
Thanks!!

Re: Malaysia B772 AMS-KUL flight crashed near Donetsk, Ukrai
Yes Flanker, Russia Today is verrrrry neutral media, very neutral. None of the Russians I know IN Russia have heard any correct news reports. Not on this, not on anything. Their media is completely corrupted. When the voting was happening on whether or not to annex the Crimea to Russia, these same, ...

Re: Private Chinese firm to buy 100 regional Sukhoi jets
I doubt these 100 units to be all delivered... They already now cannot speed up production and reach a descent production rate. If they set-up a factory in China, as stated, it will take them ages as well to get that done. The Sukhoi Superjet is not a bad product, it is a pitty it suffers under the ...

I saw the Boxkite fly a few times while visiting Old Warden myself by plane. Didn't know it was a replica. And that very old Avro they have, a Triplane, is it a replica too?

Re: Parked A310's at BRU
Hi all,
thanks for the update AND that magnificent picture.
Wow...I am so surprised to see nothing seems to have been done so far in respect of parting out.
Even the engines still sit in their cowlings, even without any covers.
Will be nice cleaning out bird's nests...

Parked A310's at BRU
Hi, Returning yesterday, I saw that the 2 ex BAF A310's and the one ex Austrian A310 were parked near the Jetairfly building, behind the Brussels Airlines HQ. Presumably, they have been towed to this position? Anyone has any news on their fate? I know they were sold already quite some time ago to be...

Re: Brussels airlines future and financial perspective
Flightglobal and others had a very good analysis on the Air Cargo sector some time ago. Newly built frames are even being completed and then mothballed in the desert and other places. Why?? So this will also answer why Brussels Airlines doesn't need a dedicated freighter as the A330-2F?? Because the...

@flanker2 Do you read your own post before posting? You say: "in 20y there will be nothing left of Belgium but crumbling bricks". Same post you say this will be indeed in 20y, "when Eastern-Europe reaches the same pay levels as Western". Well... didn't you just cancel out your ow...
