Re: BrusselsAirlines - the TURBOPROPS will come!

Everybody seems to be convinced that the TP for SN will be A Q400.
I would opt for the ATR72-500 or 600. Spare parts are largely available through Sabena techniques.
I assume they will start with wet lease anyway....

Hello,

Ah well, this is just the lack of knowledge in the media.
You tell them something and they make it something else.

Good luck to him and I hope Dries will still enjoy this 'feeling of freedom' after a couple of years in Ryanair....

Re: Ryanair want to remove the Co-Pilot

If pilots and FO's under Irish contract (50) are not flying their routes anymore, dont you think that ground personnell (with a french contract) (check in, loaders, ticketting, etc etc) are not AFFECTED ? 200 people will be affected and the BASE will be closed. EAT A300s to go to Air Contractors Ireland

Hello all,

All EAT (DHL Belgium) Airbus 300s will get an Irish registration over the next months and will be operated by Air Contractors Ireland instead of EAT. What will be the consequences for the crew involved? Will they get an Irish contract?

Re: website-info

This is the world upside down: the strike is because the Germans want to pull everything out of Belgium, not the other way around.

Re: BRU 17/03/2009 [OO-DID last flight]

OO-DIF write off: sad to hear this old Air Contractors plane probably did its last flight as well.

Are OO-DIB and OO-DIC (leased from Air Contractors) still operating?

Re: Bru Air fuel fee!!

This has always been a problem with BruAir that the taxes include all sorts of things that are not included in the fairs of other companies. I dont know if this is legal.

You pay more 'taxes' on BruAir on the same routes compared to other carriers.

Best is to compare ACTUAL prices...

You must be living on a different planet. When you have only 2 B747-200s in service such an event is not "peanuts".

Re: Cargo B Airlines: aircraft in maintenance

Where is this B747-400F coming from? Is this a wet lease from some other company?
Rumours said it was a new one but getting a slot with boeing at such short notice seems impossible....

Let s wait and see (again)
