Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020

SN has posted its destinations it wants to serve again as of 15 June. However, I've been unable to find a timetable or the frequencies to each destination on their website. Can you only find it if you had a confirmed booking for a flight after this date or will SN publish this in the next coming da...

Re: BRU Summer 2020: news, new routes, airlines

Cargo flights are, of course, still allowed with the current restrictions for night flights. You're not correct about this: https://www.tijd.be/dossiers/coronavirus/al-meer-dan-8-000-coronadoden-in-italie/10216909#729288 According to De Tijd: During the week, cargo flights doos not have restriction...

Re: 2018 Antwerp Airport (ANR/EBAW) latest news

I've seen this in Bruges in a Bank (Axa), When you have an appointment at the bank, you get a free ticket for 1h parking in "'t Zand". When leaving, you insert this 1h free ticket before paying and the 1h is deducted from whatever you need to pay... It was already a couple of years ago, I don't know...

Re: Reopening Brussels Airport after the 22/03/2016 terror attacks

Beginning on 7 April 2017, Belgians, EU nationals and members of their families leaving the Schengen area or wishing to enter it will be subject to stricter border controls at airports, seaports and railway stations. These changes could lead to longer wait times. The Federal Police intends to infor...

I flew on OO-SNE today (deliverd to SN in march). Nice bird! You can see immediately that this is a newer aircraft... Does this plane also have IFE screens ? No it does not have IFE screens  . It was a flight for Thomas Cook (HQ flight number), so they even did not open the screens for showing...

Re: Reopening Brussels Airport after the 22/03/2016 terror attacks

Last friday, I passed security at bus station level and I did NOT need to go through the screening. There were +/- 30 people waiting at the screening, so the police let everyone enter the building with no check. So it is not so that everyone is checked always. Maybe the procedure must be explained a...

The entrance to the diamond at the bus station is open again since this morning for everyone (previously only exit, entry only for badge holders). Like the other entrances there is a pre-check. It took quite some time because they immediately worked on a 'permanent' construction at this location. I...

I'm already pleased that tents will be removed and that there will be an INSIDE structure for the precheck. Thus no more waiting in the outside (although there is not that much waiting anymore). And if wit a descent structure and max 5 minutes waiting (in case of check), I don't think people will co...
