Re: BRU-FRA-BRU day trip with LH

I flew LH on September 9 to FCO via MUC and on the first segment we got a croissant filled with strawberry jam and on the second segment it was a pretzel-like thing filled with cheese. I passed for both because I was not feeling so well (having to throw up twice on the train from Gent to the airport...

Re: Ryanair launch a smartphone app

I find it interesting (though not surprising) that Ryanair's smartphone app is €3 whereas all other airline apps are free though. Still, at least they are also making an android version unlike some other airlines who think people only buy iPhones.

Thai's timetable on their website seems to confirm this, except for the fact that their timetable shows the a/c operating as a 773 and not a 77W.

Doesn't that also mean an upgauge from the current 77E flying the route?

Re: Cargo airlines threaten to leave Brussels over noise fin

I agree, in my opinion the only people allowed to complain about the noise are those that lived there before the airport was built, or before a significant expansion took place (I mean things like an extra terminal or runway being built, a new airline setting up a major hub, etc). I mean, if you buy...

Re: Speculation of Brussels airlines Next TATL

I was always told that BOS used to be one of the few TATL routes that Sabena made money on, so I could see BOS happening as well.
As for SFO, does anyone know wether the A330s SN currently has (ie: the older birds) have the legs to do SFO?

Re: SN502: JFK-BRU in C with Brussels Airlines (10JUN2012)

That's really nice of SN to to upgrade you to C so you could review it too. Especially considering you bought the cheap promo fare. Now, as the Belgian airline, I was secretly hoping SN would serve some Belgian white wine (the one from "De Limburg" whose name slipped my mind) in C too. I a...

Re: BRU 10/06/2012

Does anyone know what the issue with the UA 777 to IAD yesterday (10/06/2012) was to warrant a nearly seven hour delay? I'm asking because someone I know was on UA951 yesterday and arrived at her hotel in Washington at 5:30am Belgian time (or 11:30pm EDT)

I do believe we need to have respect for everyone. Pilots, Air traffic controllers, Cabin crew, ground handling, technicians, cleaning staff... Just my 2 cents... I agree, and you can add the people who designed and built the airplane to that list as well. Verstuurd van mijn HTC One X met Tapatalk
