which seems to indicate an urgent technical problem. index.jpg Or an urgent medical problem. When you don't know, why don't use your usual "reason unknown"? It was actually a technical problem. For a medical issue, the aircraft would probably not have descended to a low altitude (6000ft)....

Brussels Airlines flight #SN379 to Douala (Airbus A330-300 reg. OO-SFF) made a U-turn in the neighbourhood of Metz and came back at low altitude to Brussels Airport where it landed without holding, which seems to indicate an urgent technical problem.

TUI fly (Germany) abandons the B787 for now as its long-haul plans were dropped. The carrier will continue to rely on the B737 MAX, with three in the fleet by 2021 end.

AirAsia Group chief executive Tony Fernandes foresees taking some deliveries from Airbus at the end of 2022. The Group has outstanding orders for 349 A321neos and 13 A320neos.
