F-WWLY came from Toulouse, doing several training/test approaches upon arrival @ANR. And after refueling, a departure followed by a few more approaches before returning to Toulouse

and now has left ANR for KTW (Katowice), but is cruising at FL100!! So seems to be requiring a lot more maintenance at KTW.... Not an ideal moment for TUIFly to have temporarily one more 'AOG' airplane. And 6 days later, OO-TEA returned to BRU at a normal cruising level of FL380. At least all four ...

Re: ADS-B reception in the kitchen: lovely!

OOSFG - BEELINE OSCAR OSCAR SIERRA FOXTROT GOLF (not common, but valid, provided that OPR/BEL is in field 18, can be abbreviated as well by ATC) Used to be way that Sabena used it callsigns for many years, even when all other airlines had long switched to flightnos.: SABENA OSCAR OSCAR SIERRA TANGO...

Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2019

Maybe Flightradar24 can provide flight the info? Yes, and so can: live-flight.com, flightstats.com, flightwhiz.com,... (although some show the cancelled ANR-RMU flight, still as 'scheduled') All these websites are hardly known by the general public. Even TUI Fly's webpage on 'flight info' links thr...

Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2019

TUIfly's OO-TEA is 'AOG' at ANR since yesterday after returning from INN(sbruck). Yesterday's ANR flight to TNG (Tangier) was replaced by a flight out of BRU. Today's ANR - RMU (Muricia) flight departed from CRL with OO-JEM. Starting with the Murcia return flight, OO-JEM took over the rest of the no...

Re: Social actions at air traffic control service skeyes (Belgium) - possible air traffic disruptions

EBOS (Oostende) Arrivals/Departures not available from 06:15 until 08:15 due ATC industrial action I understand that management screwed up and BRU airspace can be quite busy (but by far not the busiest/most stressful place to work for an ATCO) But EBOS.... let me tell you how ATCO's did it during t...

Re: Belgian FIR quasi-closed during night 01-02/03

Djeez... How much does an ATC earn a month? 4000? 5000? Unbelievable. I don't always agree with their strikes, but ground staff lifting a few hundred pieces of heavy luggage a day for about 1500 euro a month protesting about lack of staff I can understand. But these guys? During the training course...

TB1072 from Malaga to Ostend, is currently heading to the United Kingdom. Diversion or approaching Ostend via London FIR ?
surely won't be diversion; probably Dover - Koksy -> EBOS. Maybe straight-in on rwy08 with current light crosswind.

Absolute disgrace this 'epidemic'.

Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2019

Off topic of this incident Very useful post and not so off topic, me thinks. The former helipad has grass growing out of the joints between the concrete slabs, the Fokker 50's have been parked there for months, maybe a drop of oil here and there... and very wet, with the nosewheel at full 76° defle...
