I saw the same in the USA upon arrival after a domestic flight to both DEN and SEA. Didn't like it very much, I have to say.

And why do the Brussels Airlines' flights to and from Tel Aviv don't have these measures ? El Al is the flag carrier of Israel. A country that has some ennemies all over the world.
