Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2020

The corona crisis sometimes provides for extraordinary itineraries due to the shortage of cargo aircraft. TUIfly Belgium B787 OO-LOE is currently flying over the Indian Ocean between Seoul Incheon (ICN/RKSI) and La Réunion (RUN/FMEE) as JAF8504! The origin of the cargo was Guangzhou. https://www.fl...

Re: Air Belgium in 2020

It seems Air Belgium removed the passenger seats from (all?) their A340's.
Working as a 'cargo' airline now...

Re: 2020 Ostend-Bruges Airport (OST/EBOS) latest news

It seems some sort of air bridge was established between Hangzhou in China and OST; This week alone I counted already some 6 incoming flights by B737 of Ukrainian Sky Up airlines.(5 different planes UR-SQC,SQH,SQJ,SQF,SQB;...) Passengers planes, but all capable of carrying 19 tons of cargo, accordin...

Post by brabel » 16 May 2020, 13:51 So, destinations to be axed are especially south and east Europe. No more Warsaw, Krakow, Vilnius, Zagreb, St-Petersburg... The hole east is now without SN present... That's a shame. I seem to have read somewhere that Warsaw and Vilnius will stay, but at reduced ...

y Luke777 » 07 May 2020, 10:37 Not only 320s, with the SN 330s on long-haul and surely the africa-lines: even most of their business seats at several thousands of euros (per seat) are sold !! The revenue of these flights is at max , and still not being able to make any profit - for God's sake, what...

by TLspotting » 05 May 2020, 19:16 I have serious doubts that AB will restart on 3 June (and who to carry on ? Passengers who are not allowed to leave the country ?). As mentioned before there are still a few PAX-flights operating to/from BRU; (e.g; FCO,FRA,DUB,TUN,ATH,HEL,DXB,DOH,..) Is there any info on : - 'loadfactor' on these flights during the past weeks? - any specific procedure passengers have to follow upon departure/arrival? (gov./airport and/or airline...

Re: Air Belgium in 2020

As per FR24 OO-ABE is on its way back from Shanghai to LGG! ETA 13.50 LT. It would be interesting to know how many tons of cargo are on board and whether also the upperdeck was used to store part of it.. As a sidenote I heard that freight tariffs TO China are also still increasing. I would think the...

Still another repatriation flight and/or Cargo?
