Re: Hi Fly, first ACMI company to offer the Airbus A380 for wet-lease

Another interesting mission for the HiFly A380: flying for Estelar Airlines flight ES894 from Madrid for a first time visit to Caracas, Venezuela, where there is no gate capable of handling it. Apparently, the plane will remain based in CCS operating the airline’s flights to Buenos Aires and Madrid...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2019

Why is Brussels Airlines not flying to Lubumbashi? Remember Korongo? They'd be clean daft to point even one finger at Lubumbashi. That name is burnt, and will be for some time. It would be nice enough, though, I must agree. Probably a matter of traffic rights as André says. However, times have chan...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2019

It's clear to me that there will be no Eurowings in Brussels Brussels Airlines will have to develop a bigger hub to survive I d...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2019

You are correct. They need the feeder flights. Holiday destinations eurowings, feeder flights brussels airlines. In the press was mentioned that brussels airlines did not have a 360 degrees long haul hub and that was a reason for not being considered like a netWork carrier. SN has more long haul de...

For SN a possible (authorized ?) code share with GS between BRU KEF BRU ?
... if Russia allows! Remember: SN cannot codeshare with ANA because Russia opposes it (overfly rights).
BRU KEF BRU does not overfly Russia...no ?

For my part I will not fly more true Brussels Airport that would be in Flanders.
In fact a part of my family that lives in Liege doesn't fly anymore through Brussels Airport.
They do not fly from BRU. Reasons ? Because it's in Flanders ? :o

OO-SFL is doing Acrra today, not Dakar See https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/oo-sfl Cheers, Danny If I can believe flyertalk, OO-SFL was flying SN515 to Washington today, and had to turn around because of an adminstrative problem.
