Thanks Chris, I noticed problems with it the other day, but the "report a post" option seems to have disappeared so I started a topic just to say it was not working.

It IS good

Especially the ones which are almost 12% ABV (Rochefort 10 comes to mind here - mature it for a while and drink it at its use by date and see just how good a Belgian beer can be )

Where are you wanting to spot? In BRU the runway end 25L is very good, just beside the road from Kortenberg (I do not know road numbers but that is where we have spotted in BRU).

Leeds (Oxford Row) 06/11/06

When we were in Leeds the other day we had a good view of the planes as they flew into LBA (we were right under the approach path until we went to look in Harvey Nichols). Here's what we saw: Air Southwest Dash 8 - 2 bmi Airbus - at least 2 Ryanair 737 - 2 Fokker 50 (no positive ID but dark base so ...

Nothing confirmed yet but we expect it to be BHX-BRU-BHX.

That is assuming we get decent b-flex prices, as we don't want the tacky option. Otherwise we might fly with VLM.

I don't like the sound of this new cheapo option, but checking the prices for b-flex on the SN website, they sound quite reasonable and we might give that a go when we fly next year. Otherwise we would be checking out VLM and bmi flights.

Bart, (MD11) are you sure that you don't secretly live in Scarborough? For months now, we keep seeing this guy who looks remarkably like you. We see him in the local supermarket and also in town. Are you sure you're not living some kind of double life now???

The BBC I understand, were under instructions to refer to the terrorists as "bombers" and not "terrorists" for reasons best known to themselves, presumably so that they didn't offend the Muslim community by branding some of their number with the term most befitting, i.e. "Te...

Al-Jazeera (Erm....my Arabic isn't too hot so this isn;t on much...) Al-Jazeera is grotesque, (or at least the clips I've seen are). I don't know what else they put out, but the sight of those innocent hostages with their thugs of captors turns my stomach. How the Hell can you watch such a channel?...

I had numerous conversations with waiters from asian descent. When they found out I wasn't brittish, well, they didn't hide their utter disrespect for english culture. They really hate the UK. The only thing that matters is to get some money and go back to Dhaka to marrry a nice girl. Charming!!!!!...

No areas in Brussels regarded as "rough" could be anything like as bad as some areas in Scarborough!!

On the subject of beer and pubs though, wasn't the Morte Subite pub notorious for its surly waiters? I must say, that the guy who served us was quite pleasant!!
