Re: 2012 Liège Airport (LGG) latest news

Only Southern Air @ Leipzig is a flight for DHL (LAX-LEJ-HKG-LAX) with 2 different 777's. Kalitta are doing BAH & HKG (& CVG from time to time). (for DHL) Logical explaination would be that they have better MX support @ Lej due to their contract with DHL. (And probably also cheaper fuel, bec...

Re: Ever been to Hong Kong?

Hi there, Been recently to Hong Kong for a "small" city trip. I can recommend most things already said here, Personally I liked Cheung Chau island a lot aswell, nice to go for 1 day, you can walk around the complete Island easily (or bike), no cars allowed over there. Great & extremely...

Re: DHL B757 wheel up landing in MRS

Looks like there was a small issue. But the aircraft left MRS again , with a slight delay though...
Maybe gear unsafe indication, as otherwise I don't suppose it would be flying again :)

Anyway, that is if the info you got was about the flight from VLC.

Grtz!

Re: ANTWERP AIRPORT

It's no problem for planes like a 737 to come to antwerp, and go again , but rather on the empty side... A short runway like that makes it very hard to have decent commercial operations with bigger jets. Unless you want to make a fuel stop somewhere... If I remember well that virgin flight was to gi...

Re: Avro replacement

As I pilot I would not be pleased at all when they punt me in something like C-series, Embrears, whatever... The type rating of an Airbus (or Boeing) is worth so much more & makes your life easy(ier) to find a new job, in case you are made redundant (which once in a while happens in aviation) On...

Looking for a lot of registration's

Hellow, I know very well that this will be an impossible task. But I would like to give it a try. Below you'll see the list i'm searching reg's of. In a lot of cases I don't even have a flight number or timing... But I'm working on that. And when I'm home again I can probably update a lot more timin...

Re: SN 2586 TXL-BRU cancelled, technical problems, OO-DJN

I've had this flight cancelled already 3! times in roughly 6 months... always b.flex, and got on the next one. (think around 18.30-ish?) (has always been on a Tuesday) Anyway, it does not surprise me anymore! Don't forget to claim the 7.5€ voucher which you are entitled to if they cancel the flight!...
