Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2018

Is there something going on at EBBR, on Apron 2 North, stand 233 or 237, near the B Pier?

At around 1530LT, FR24 shows Fire019-027-308 and -026. Later arrived Fire001 and 507.
Signals come and go intermittently but most are still there at 1645LT.

Re: Direct flight vs Nonstop flight

Wasn't even "a" UA flight that required a change of plane though carrying the same flight number throughout?

I seem to remember an LAX or SFO to IAD on a 75, then boarding on a 76 to cross the Atlantic and all on the same flight number !
This was called a direct flight.

Another kind of strike at Ryanair ...? I'd say Ryanair : 1 - Vigili del Fuoco : 0 The FR plane seems to be following the taxilane line. This runs about 18 meters from the edge of the concrete pavement, half the wingspan of a Code C aircraft. The 6m-wide asphalt pavement south of it is the wingtip cl...

Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2018

According to FR24, the aircraft landed at EBLG at about 22:45LT. The planned FR4536 EIN-BGY has been cancelled but as the aircraft took off again from LGG only at 04:27, does that mean that the Pax have been bussed from EIN to LGG? If you look at the time and the region when they diverted from thei...

Ryanair flight 4535 from BGY to EIN diverted to LGG yesterday evening Any special reason? Guess they saw on arrival that the lights had been switched off. EHEH/EIN closes the shop at 23:00 local. Flight was planned to leave BGY at 19:05 but the actual departure was delayed till 21:29. So the STA of...

SN3788 (A320 OO-TCQ) Lanzarote-Brussels is diverting to Faro. Fuel stop? Could well be. 40 minutes before actual take off Flighstats.com has the following data update entry : Estimated Runway Arrival changed to Aug-02-2018 1:24 AM (soon after corrected to 00:15, 90 min delay). Boeing received a US$3.9 billion contract to build two B747-8s for use as Air Force One by the US president, due to be delivered by December 2024. I might be wrong, but wasn't it the plan to modify two 747-8s that are already built (for Transaero I think) but that are now gathering dust and sand so...

DL81 to ATL and UA973 to ORD are apparently crossing the pond on a much more northern route than the other buddies to and from BRU. It seems there was a good pump heading North along the North Sea. Also later in the crossing strong headwinds at lower latitudes. But I doubt that UA973 really went su...
