The Airline-Angels will celebrate this summer their 5th anniversary. Hopefully they will reach by then the magic number of 200 stewardess uniforms. This is one of the few initiatives to preserve our civil aviation heritage and to make it accessible to every one who is interested in aviation fashion ...

Sabena and Virgin Express will be of course well represented, but also some less known Belgian compa...

Fokker 27's unknown aircraft.
I'll make a few guesses as I recall that kind of nose. It is a pre WW2 bomber, 2 engines, fixed landing gear, fabric covered body and wings, anyway. My first idea was a German Junkers 86 but the front turret and the side windows might not be exactly the same. As second I would say a French Lioré , a...

What happens to OO-DJV when leaving QAPS?
Greetings Patatje, Nice job you made here. It came to my mind when looking at your pictures that OO-DJV (your example) is just being resprayed at QAPS at the moment. Can somebody tell me which checks are made to the planes when leaving the painting facility as we see them stuffing all air intakes, s...

Cliff has got over 600 uniforms now. "A must see" place anyway.
Has got some emulation in Belgium since Nov. 2006, though a quite different style:

Still interested?
If you are still interested, I'm flying Finnair next week. I'll fly back on an Embraer. I can ask for the big one too if they accept credit cards.
Greetings.

I am collecting Belgian female flight attendant uniforms. I started as show window dolls (mannequins) collector. Now that I have the girls - they are about 40 -, I need dresses too. I got the idea of uniforms when I bought one mannequin which appeared later to wear a genuine 25 years old Sabena unif...

Nostalgic pictures, interest for postying?
Greetings to you all, Do you feel any interest for me posting some nostalgic pictures like this one, casually to open a picture album? What place would that be? I apologize if this post is off topic. All your suggestions and comments are most welcome. A.Ba.Le http://users.skynet.be/sky43053/dolls/IM...
