This is a normal situation, water from condensation is acumulating between the frame of doors; when reaching high altitude, this water is becoming ice.
That's a reason why it's always cold at the emergency exits seats and in galleys.

Aviapartner or the other bru ground handling have 4 months to train their staff to speed up an acft rotation , I understand why easyjet starts slowly in bru, with those actual handling operators it will take twice the scheduled turn around time ...
