Re: VIDEO: Eindhoven "bodies-flight", Ryanair didn't read NO

Well the first time mentioned was 1534, you dont need 11 minutes to taxi in eindhoven to the stand... I can agree closed means also no taxi, but even then the airplane would be on the blocks before. Theres no interpretation about it if you deny landing to an airplane that could land and taxi before ...

Re: VIDEO: Eindhoven "bodies-flight", Ryanair didn't read NO

NOTAMs are notices to pilots("Notice to Airman") regarding airfields or airspace, they are to be checked before the flight, can contain many things like this ceremony, but also restrictions like reduced airfield facilities, works in progress,... In this case there must have been a NOTAM explaining t...

Re: Ben Air Flight Academy (BAFA) in Antwerp

Choose the right school, not the closest, neither cheapest. Schools like CAE, Oxford and CTC are well known by airlines (altough mainly low cost airlines) If you go to any of these schools chances youll find an employment with Ryanair, Easyjet, Volotea or one of their partner schemes are good. Many ...

Re: Ben Air Flight Academy (BAFA) in Antwerp

I would first have a very close look at the job market if you're planning to go for a commercial license and later pilot job :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: Try to ask once how many students of Bafa found jobs and where. I would also suggest to google once the book "Vervlogen droom". Also my suggestion is to ta...

Can only agree, slow, not working properly and too few 30min. Heart of Europe, but can't provide proper internet on the airport.

Not sure you need to be 18 though but it's mostly prefered, I worked before that age at the airport with airport ID. I wasn't allowed to do night shifts though due to the age.

Re: Europe's cheapest airlines....

Many companies use variable cost indexes, ryanair uses a very low one which is fixed for the whole network (I believe only easyjet flies slower) Descend speeds with ryanair are even below 250kts which is rather slow to do the whole descend...

Re: Europe's cheapest airlines....

Well then technically Pegasus is based in Asia I would say more then Europe though... @TeddyBAir : Well Ryanair already flies slower then any other airline so some companies seem to cheat even more on the flight times then them ;) Anyway flight time also depends on the Arrival/departure time as an a...

Return tickets for One way flights

Hello,

I was wondering many of you book for example a return flight instead of the one way segment. Usually return flights are a lot cheaper. If you just don't show up for your return will it give you any troubles if you book a flight with the same company later ?

Thank you,
