I spotted this on the UL70 airway over east Ireland last week. He turned dramatically towards the GELKI intersection and I snapped this result. (Edit): They're only 2.8MB; if you've got broadband, they should only take 30-45 seconds to load.

Yes, it's an A300 alright, and the stupid thing is I know it's an A300 and previously made the same mistake on my site. Don't know why!

I've seen some of the photographers standing on small stepladders - you know the ones with just three steps and the top step is like a bit of a platform? Most of those will easily fit in the boot of a car . . .

Those photos were taken down the far end of RWY28 (RWY10!) where there is an embankment which overlooks the fence into the airfield. It's very good for the rotations, and, when the planes are coming in from the west onto RWY10, for the touchdowns, as you can see from the gallery where I got a mixtur...

There's a raised embankment down the far end of RWY 28 (RWY10 !) between the road and the second long-term car park. It's a great spot for rotations . . .
