Apparently, from an insider source working for Airbus, Cathay Pacific has 12 A380 on order. Won't be delivered before 2012. This is due to the fact that Boeing is not planning to produce a lot of B747-8 pax version. And this makes sense when you see CX operating 2 flights out of Paris 1h appart, or...

For me, spot 3, or the arrivals on the 02 before noon is the best place. There you are very close to the action.
But this runway is only in use when the wind is North - North East.

I'm about to make my first spotting trip over the Belgium and holland, i plan to visit both Brussels and Amsterdam airports, can anyone advise me (with directions if possible i'll have a car) as to the best areas for viewing and photos at either or both of these airports please. I think it's the red winglets on the 737 that makes it look nicer, if the 767 had blue winglets it would probably look just as nice.

Just compaired same dates and roughly the same flight times

£488 with BA
£847 with CX
£548 with VS

quite a saving flying with oasis.

MaxJet must be doing quite well, they now fly 3 aircraft from STN to JFK and to washington as well

Eos average load factors for june were 72% and they are starting a second daily flight between STN & JFK in September
