Germania launches routes from Berlin Schönefeld to Djerba and Enfidha

Share

The Berlin airline Germania has expanded its route network from Schönefeld to include two new destinations in Tunisia: on 2 May, Germania started offering flights to Enfidha–Hammamet every Saturday. Enfidha–Hammamet International Airport (NBE) is five kilometres north of the city of Enfidha and 40 kilometres south of Hammamet. Since 5 May, the German airline has been operating flights to the Tunisian island of Djerba every Tuesday. Djerba–Zarzis International Airport (DJE) is around nine kilometres west of Houmt Souk, the main town in the north of the island.

Tunisia is regarded as the perfect holiday destination for families, beach lovers and culture vultures alike. Besides fine sandy beaches stretching for miles, the country offers plenty of sightseeing attractions such as the ancient city of Meninx on Djerba and numerous traditional Oriental bazaars.
