In April 2018, air traffic movements increased to 23’503 (+5.1% vs. previous year). The average passenger per movement figure increased to 132.3 (+3.0% vs. previous year). The average seat load factor is at 80.3% (+0.3 percentage points vs. previous year).
In April 2018, a total of 40’971 tons of freight were transported at Zurich Airport. This corresponds to an increase in freight volume of 7.5% compared to last year.
