Munich Airport has announced an agreement to provide expert support to Taoyuan International Airport Corporation Ltd. (TIAC) on two major projects. Taoyuan Airport, situated 30 kilometers to the west of the Taiwanese capital, Taipei, plans to redesign and expand its existing Terminal 2 and add a third terminal with capacity for 45 million passengers per year. Under a memorandum of understanding between FMG and TIAC, experts from Munich Airport will provide advice and assistance with both projects. The agreement, officially signed in Munich by Dr. Michael Kerkloh (l.), the CEO of Munich Airport, and his counterpart with TIAC, Mr. David Fei, will now serve as the basis for negotiating the details of a potential consulting project.
