On July 13, 2025, the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU) and Service Sector Employers Palta accepted a settlement proposed by the National Conciliator, forming a new collective agreement for aviation services valid until January 15, 2027.
The deal follows the general labour market wage framework. As a result, all IAU-planned strikes scheduled for July 16, 18, 21, 23, and 25 have been cancelled.
Finnair confirmed normal flight operations will continue, thanking customers for their patience during the dispute.
