Past few days air traffic at Brussels Airport has been severely disturbed by the heavy snowfall, but even on Wednesday there are still delays, newspaper Nieuwsblad reports.
According to the newspaper ground handler Swissport is facing a staff shortage, due to that shortage several flights are delayed with an average delay of around eighty minutes. Some flights have been delayed up to two hours.
For the time being, it is not yet clear why the ground handler is understaffed.
