Air Arabia flight 3O114 from Brussels Airport to Tangier -scheduled to leave yesterday evening- was cancelled, 200 passengers are still waiting at Brussels Airport for a new flight, television station RTBF reports (link: rtbf.be)

A technical problem on the Airbus A320 (CS-NMI) forced the airline to cancel the flight. Younes, one of the passengers explains:

Through my aircraft window, I saw firefighters approaching the aircraft. Just before take-off we could smell kerosine, passengers started to panic and wanted to leave the aircraft. The pilots returned to the gate and we were brought back to the terminal building.

At 2:00 am the passengers were taken to a hotel and were promised a new flight in the morning, but the passengers are still waiting without information from Air Arabia.

A new flight is scheduled for today 15:00, according to RTBF.
