In the wake of the 22 March events and the changed access to the departures hall, the “Kiss & Drive” area in front of the departures hall has been closed to vehicles. Since then it was possible to drop off friends and relatives at car park P1 and to pick them up in car park P2. To improve the service to customers and offer travellers an efficient parking system, three car parks are now available to those who wish to drop off or pick up a friend or relative at the airport.
The three car parks made available are located opposite the terminals (P1 Front, P2 Economy and P3 Holiday). Each car park is therefore only a few metres’ walking distance from the terminals and now offer traditional parking solutions as well as a “drop-off and pick-up” area.
As far as the cost is concerned, the first 15 minutes are free. Customers who stay in the car park longer are charged €2 per half hour for the first 2 hours). The same rates apply in the three car parks for the first five hours. Furthermore, holders of the free Interparking Pcard+ are eligible for a 10% reduction. In addition to the various benefits, this card allows holders to enter and exit the car park without having to pass by the pay stations.
Interparking customers are advised to book their car park in advance on the website www.interparking.be/brusselsairport. The reserved parking space will be available to the customer when they arrive at the car park of their choice at Brussels Airport.
