A special visitor at Brussels Airport today (12 September) with a Corsair Boeing 747 (F-HSEA) operating a charter flight for Club Med to Lamezia Terme, Italy. The aircraft left Brussels Airport around 14:41 (UTC +2).

This evening a Belgian Air Force Airbus A321 was escorted by two Belgian Air Force F-16 jets until short final runway 01 at Brussels Airport. The Airbus took off from Madrid-Torréjon Air Base, and was intercepted by the fighter aircraft for an approach towards the airport. When the Airbus landed, the two F-16s performed a go-around procedure.
