Around 500 taxi drivers will block some important roads in the Brussels area on Tuesday (27 March), including the access road to Brussels Airport. The taxi drivers are protesting against the mobile app Uber.

From 05:00 the drivers will block the inner and outer ring surrounding Brussels-city and its 19 communes, the access roads to Zaventem airport and the Schuman area.

As heavy traffic disruptions are to be expected, Brussels Airport advises passengers and airport staff to use the train to come to the airport.
