Brussels Airport Company reported record revenue of €828 million for 2025, up 6% year-on-year, driven by growth in both passenger and cargo traffic at Brussels Airport.
The airport handled 24.4 million passengers in 2025, a 3.3% increase despite seven national strike days, while cargo volumes rose 8.5% to 795,000 tonnes, outperforming global cargo growth trends.
EBITDA rose to €356 million, while net profit fell slightly to €84 million due to higher taxes. The company will resume shareholder dividends for the first time since 2019, paying €41 million.
Brussels Airport also recorded a historic €302 million in investments, including upgrades to Brucargo facilities, a new parking structure, runway renovations, and a new lounge in Pier B.
The airport highlighted progress in reducing aviation noise through differentiated airport charges favouring quieter aircraft. In 2025, 42% of flights used the most noise-efficient aircraft types, such as the Airbus A320neo, up from 32% in 2023 and 20% in 2016.
CEO Arnaud Feist said the figures demonstrate that airport growth and environmental improvements can progress together, supported by airline fleet modernisation and airport sustainability initiatives.
