Brussels Airport Company has acquired the building and land of the Novotel Brussels Airport hotel from Covivio Hotels as part of its strategy to diversify its activities through airport-related investments.
The hotel, located less than two kilometres from the airport, will continue to be operated by Essendi and managed under the Accor Group brand, meaning there will be no changes to hotel operations.
The property is considered a strategic investment due to its proximity to the airport and its future connection to the new airport tram line, which will provide a direct journey to Brussels Airport in around five minutes with just two stops.
