Avolta brings global airport loyalty programme to Brussels Airport food outlets

Share

Avolta has launched its global loyalty programme, Club Avolta, at Brussels Airport, giving travellers access to rewards and promotions across 35 airport food and beverage outlets.

Originally introduced worldwide in October 2024, Club Avolta is positioned as the travel industry’s first loyalty programme combining duty-free shopping, duty-paid retail, and food & beverage services. The programme has already attracted more than 16 million members globally, generating a loyalty transaction every two seconds.

At Brussels Airport, the programme covers a range of outlets, including The Chocolate Shack, created with Bruges chocolatier Dominique Persoone, as well as Panos and Bar Festive. Members receive personalised offers, exclusive promotions, and instant rewards.

Avolta says the initiative is designed both to improve the traveller experience and to strengthen its customer data and digital capabilities by gaining deeper insight into passenger preferences and spending habits.

According to Thibault Jouy, General Manager of Avolta Belgium, the Brussels Airport launch is an important step in expanding the company’s Belgian operations and enhancing its airport food & beverage offering.

The company operates 82 locations across Belgium, including at airports, railway stations, and motorway services. Brussels Airport is the first Belgian location to receive Club Avolta, with further expansion planned across other travel hubs in the country.
