Brussels Airport’s employment center Aviato will organize the fifth edition of the Aviato Jobfair on February 10, 2026, bringing together more than 50 employers and over 400 open positions at the airport’s Skyhall.
The event, now considered one of the most important recruitment gatherings in Flemish Brabant, will connect job seekers, students, and career changers with aviation companies, logistics operators, security providers, and service partners active at and around Brussels Airport.
According to Aviato General Manager Inge Spincemaille, the job fair plays a key role in addressing labor shortages within the airport ecosystem. “Despite the tight labor market, many people are ready for a fresh start. With more than 50 companies present, this event offers a unique opportunity to match talent with real job openings,” she said.
Participating companies include Brussels Airport Company, Swissport Cargo Services Belgium, Nippon Express, Safran, G4S Aviation Security, Securitas, Orizio, and Eligio. Recruiters will be looking for a wide range of profiles, including technical staff, administrative employees, security and customs officers, cargo and logistics personnel, as well as hospitality and retail workers.
Brussels Airport remains one of Belgium’s strongest economic hubs, supporting around 30,000 direct jobs across 335 companies and 18 sectors, in addition to approximately 34,000 indirect jobs. Despite ongoing recruitment efforts, dozens of roles at the airport remain classified as shortage occupations, particularly in security, maintenance, ICT, and catering services.
The Aviato Jobfair will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 13:00 to 17:00 at the Skyhall at Brussels Airport. Registration is mandatory and can be completed online via Aviato’s official website (NL/FR).
