Wizz Air will launch a new route between Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST) and Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina, starting December 2025. The airline will operate three weekly flights in December, followed by two weekly flights from January 9, 2026.
This addition brings Wizz Air’s Maastricht network to four destinations: Chisinau, Bucharest, Tuzla (winter 2025/26), and Katowice (from summer 2026).
Flights will be operated with the Airbus A321neo, a quieter and more fuel-efficient aircraft seating 239 passengers.
MAA officials noted strong Dutch demand for direct links to Bosnia, with the route expected to serve both tourists and migrant workers. Wizz Air emphasised its commitment to offering affordable connections across Europe.
The expansion supports MAA’s long-term goal of handling 600,000 passengers and 200,000 tons of freight by 2030, strengthening its role as a regional hub for Limburg and beyond.
