Wizz Air has announced a new Naples–Palma de Mallorca service, further expanding its Southern Italy network and strengthening Mediterranean leisure connectivity.
The new route targets leisure travellers seeking Spain’s year-round mild climate and adds a high-profile Balearic destination to Wizz Air’s Naples offering. It also reinforces the airline’s growing footprint in Campania, where it bases two aircraft.
Wizz Air and airport operator GESAC both highlighted strong demand for leisure routes and underlined Naples’ role as a strategic gateway linking Southern Italy with Europe, the Mediterranean and beyond. The Palma service joins an extensive Wizz Air network from Naples spanning Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, further enhancing the airport’s international connectivity.
