The Russian aviation authorities are investigating an incident with an Uzbekistan Airways Boeing 767 (UK-67008) that ran off the end of runway 28L at the airport of Saint Petersburg. On 2 March, the airline operated flight HY631 from Tashkent and carried 8 crew members and 241 passengers.
No injuries have been reported and everybody safely left the aircraft. There was heavy snowfall at the time of the incident.
